Contractor gets prison time in home-repair fraud case

GULFPORT -- U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden today sentenced contractor Ricky Douglas Deveny to 70 months in prison and ordered him to repay more than $1.3 million to Coast victims of home-repair fraud.
